Because this is a time-intensive service, we do not offer a refund guarantee, but we do offer a research satisfaction guarantee. Here's how it works:

• We guarantee we will produce at least 3 full pages of research results and citations, or else we'll repeat the research for you (with a wider topic) free of charge.

Q: Which books are included in your library?

A: We buy all the mainstream health books, plus important reference works as they are published. While we don't list the books here, our library is constantly growing, and it covers all the major health authors of the day, including Michael Tierra, Elson Haas, Andrew Weil, Michael T. Murray, Ray Strand, Julian Whitaker, and literally hundreds more.

Q: Is it legal to use other authors' work as part of my research or paper?

A: Of course. Every book written today is based on the knowledge of previous authors and researchers. That's why books have an entire section devoted to citations and references. It's all part of "Fair Use," which gives you (and us) the right to reproduce portions of other authors' works as long as they are properly cited and credited.

Q: How do you conduct this research in 3-5 days?

A: We have a large team and our own private library. All our books have been painstakingly indexed by topic, so we know exactly where to go to find information on almost any topic.

Q: How much information will you find on my topic?

A: It depends entirely on the topic. Some topics will result in many pages of information (50 or more), while others will only produce a few pages of relevant quotes or passages.

Q: Will you do the research on ANY topic for me?

A: No, some topics are too broad to be covered under this service. If you ask us, for example, to find out everything there is to know about the B vitamins, then that would be too large for this service. Your question must be reasonably well defined to enable us to appropriately narrow our search.

Q: What happens if you don't find anything?

A: If your question is so narrow that there are fewer than 3 pages of resulting quotes, then we ask you to broaden your research request. If you wish, we can also refund your research fee and call off the search.

Q: Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

A: Unfortunately, this is a service fee, so once we perform the service, we've already expended considerable time and effort. You're paying us to conduct the research, not to produce results that fit a specific agenda. We cannot guarantee exactly what will be found, and there is no refund once we deliver the report to you.
