If you wish to return a purchased item, please send it back to us using a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will provide credit.

Returned items need to be in a clean, undamaged and in resellable condition to receive a full refund (minus shipping). Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts are given a partial refund, depending on the degree of damage (usually 50% - 80% of the original purchase price).

Sorry, opened audio CDs are not returnable. However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unopened CDs for up to 30 days following your purchase (please see our complete terms and conditions).
