| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Our order fulfillment warehouse is located in City of Tucson, Arizona. The City of Tucson requires us to collect city sales tax in addition to state sales tax for all orders shipped within Arizona. |
| Why is my Card being Declined? |

If you are sure you entered your credit card account number, expiration date, name and security code correctly, but your card is being declined (and you know there are available funds), then the problem might be in the "phone number" field.
If anything other than a number or "-" is entered into the phone number field (for example, "NA" or "ext") the card will not be processed correctly. If you prefer to keep your phone number private, we suggest that you use "123-456-7890" as the phone number. |
