How do I create an account?
	1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. How do I edit my account information?
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. You may choose to review shipping charges and opt to cancel your order at any point before proceeding to final checkout. We will ship your order after we receive payment from you and within the time frame indicated by "usually ships" for each product selected.
I forgot my password.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
	If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our order fulfillment center within 7 days of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
	Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we'll refund your full purchase price (minus shipping)! Returned items need to be in a clean, undamaged and in resellable condition to receive a full refund (minus shipping). Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts are given a partial refund, depending on the degree of damage (usually 50% - 80% of the original purchase price). We want you to be completely satisfied with our information products and what they can do for your health. Download or order a printed information product and use it for for up to 30 days risk-free (minus shipping, if applicable). Opened audio CDs are not returnable. However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unopened CDs for up to 30 days following your purchase. When will my order ship?
	Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
