TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) is not liable for any product claims or statements made by the Affiliate that do not adhere to the approved product claims on the TruthPublishing.com website.

Payment
TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) will only pay commissions through Paypal. Affiliate understands they must have an active Paypal account to receive payment.

TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) offers customers a 30-day money back guarantee on ebooks. Payment to Affiliate will be made 45 days after customer's purchase date, to allow for return policy.

In the event that the undersigned Affiliate earns less than $100 in commissions for the pay period, commissions will accumulate until the $100 threshold has been met and then the commission payment will be paid.

TruthPublishing.com (Webseed), reserves the right to change the price of products and commission percentages for the products without notice. Commissions are based on the commission percentage of sale in effect at the time of sale.

Annual commissions paid to the Affiliate that exceed $600.00 will be documented at year-end and an IRS 1099 form will be provided to the IRS and the Affiliate by TruthPublishing.com (Webseed).

Affiliate is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs and expenses Affiliate incurs in the marketing of TruthPublishing.com (Webseed), their products and/or services.

Prohibited Websites
Affiliate agrees not to misrepresent TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) products and/or services. Affiliate also agrees not to advertise Truth Publishing.com products and/or services on Websites that promote sexually explicit material, violence, pirated materials, or sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability or sites that promote illegal activities.

TruthPublishing.com (Webseed), reserves all rights in or to its trademarks and service marks and copyrights, although they may be used by Affiliate in accordance with this agreement. Affiliate may in no way display a TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) logo, image, or trademark which may be distasteful or misrepresent TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) in any way.

Anti-Spam Policy
TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) has zero tolerance toward any Affiliates associated with spam. The accounts of Affiliates associated with spam are immediately terminated, with a cancellation of any pending monies or commissions owed.

SPAM is defined as emailing ANYONE, in bulk or by single mailing, about TruthPublishing.com (Webseed), TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) products and/or services, who has not specifically requested the information directly from Affiliate.

Customer Privacy
To protect customer privacy, if deemed necessary, TruthPublishing.com (Webseed), reserves the right to withhold identifying customer contact information from Affiliate.

Terms of Agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the Affiliate Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) at any time. If any modification to terms is unacceptable to you, your choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

TruthPublishing.com (Webseed) and affiliate reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without notice. If terminated, outstanding commissions shall be paid in the next payment cycle, as long as the terms of this agreement were not violated by the Affiliate. Payment of the final commission payment to the Affiliate may be withheld for a reasonable time in order to ensure that the correct amounts of monies due are paid.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Arizona State Laws. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under Arizona State laws.
